The Conference Aims and Objectives

In the era of digital society and globalization, law, business, and good governance face both significant opportunities and complex challenges. Digitalization enables more efficient legal services, cross-border commerce, data-driven decision-making, and transparent governance through e-government and regulatory technology, thereby strengthening accountability, innovation, and global market integration. However, it also raises serious challenges, including regulatory gaps, jurisdictional conflicts, data privacy risks, cybersecurity threats, digital monopolies, algorithmic bias, and unequal access to technology. For law and governance, the key task is to ensure adaptive, technology-responsive, and human-centered regulation that balances innovation with protection of rights, legal certainty, ethical standards, and social justice, while for business, sustainable competitiveness increasingly depends on compliance, digital trust, responsible data governance, and alignment with global regulatory and ESG frameworks.

This conference aims to invite enthusiasts of law, business, and good governance issues, to present ideas, thoughts, and research results. These contributions, both monodisciplinary and interdisciplinary, are expected to support the creation of an effective legal policy at the country level and improved relationship between countries, all aimed at building a prosperous, peaceful, and just society. Concerning the dynamic nature of these issues, the conference will be held every two years.

The objectives and expected results from the 2^nd ICLBGG-2026 are:

• Express ideas and thoughts as alternative solutions to global problems in law , business, and good governance in the digital era and globalization, both at the country level or at the global level.
• Sharing the results of research on various topics related to law, business policy, and good governance issues towards digital era.
• Enhancing the wide and high-quality dissemination of ideas and scholarly thinking within the Scopus academic community.

Call for Contributions

Academics, researchers, government agencies, industry, professional organizations, NGOs, students, and the public, as prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute research papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work that address theme and topics of the conference, and are cordially invited for presentation at the conference.
